Professional Bio:
Mr. Singh is the founder Partner and Litigation Head of the firm AEGIS LEGAL LLP with 18+ years of experience in the Legal Industry. He is alumnus of prestigious Campus Law Center, Faculty of law, University of Delhi from where he accomplished his degree in law (LL.B) in the year 2004-07 and got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi as an “advocate”. He has worked with many senior advocates and was associated with various Law Firms till the year 2012. Thereafter he decided to start his Law Practice independently. Subsequently, in the year of 2016, he established AEGIS LEGAL LLP under the partnership with Ms. Vinita Singh Advocate. He has been successfully heading the firm and the litigation practice of the firm for over a decade.

Under the leadership & guidance of Mr. A.K. Singh, the firm has successfully dealt with more than 1000 Clients and have filed 5000+ cases before Hon’ble Supreme Court, NCLT, DRT, NCDRC, Districts & Session Courts & various High Courts, across India, in last one decade.

Mr. Singh has wide range of experience and expertise at every level of litigation from the level of trial, appeal, revision, Writ as well as SLP since last 15 years. His core area of expertise is Commercial Litigation (NCLT NCLAT, DRT, DRAT), Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Criminal Litigation (with specialization in White Collar Crimes viz. PMLA, NDPS, UAPA, MACOCA, UAPA, Anti-corruption (PC Act), PMLA & NDPS etc.

Mr. Singh has also conducted and participated in many arbitrations, mediations, Pre-litigation mediations, Lok Adalats and conciliations between the litigants to bring peaceful and amicable resolution of prolonged disputes to both the parties at hundreds of occasions.

His 18+ years of expertise has made him a profound lawyer and he has advocated for many corporate and individual clients in high stake cases before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across the country including Delhi High Court. He frequently visits High Court of Bombay, Karnataka High Court, Gujarat High Court and Chandigarh High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal etc.
